I am so happy to be back filming movement videos. I actually had butterflies in my stomach before stepping on my mat this morning. It’s just been so long since I’ve shared any flows with y’all, and it feels like magic to be coming back to it.

You may want a couple blocks if side bending on your knees is tricky, but other than that, there’s nothing else you need!
